Nice guys (and gals) earn less, study finds

It appears if you are mean, you earn more money.

A new study by researchers at the University of Notre Dame and the University of Western Ontario founds that agreeable workers earn significantly lower incomes than less agreeable ones. The gap is especially wide for men.  Turns out, less agreeable men earn about 18% more - or $9,772 more annually in their sample - than nicer guys. Ruder women, meanwhile, earned about 5% or $1,828 more than their agreeable counterparts.

The study "Do Nice Guys - And Gals - Really Finish Last?" is being presented at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management today.  You can check out the study by clicking HERE.

Video of TSA pat down of girl sparks new debate

A Kentucky couple wants the TSA to change how it screens children after their 6-year-old daughter was frisked at the New Orleans airport.

They posted the video on YouTube.  It happened while the family was headed home from a vacation earlier this month.

The girl's father, Todd Drexel, told Good Morning America that Anna was confused by the search and started crying afterward because she thought she'd done something wrong.

In a statement, the Transportation Security Administration says the officer followed proper procedure but that the agency is reviewing its screening policies.
