The way I reduce stress in my life is by spending 15-25 minutes per morning reading my bible and a devotional.

Nothing like some good Classical Music! Music has a power to heal, so whenever I am really stressed, I put on some Mozart, Close my eyes, and get lost in the music for a little while.
