Grading your boss

How well does your boss do their job?  A talent management company did a study that shows nearly half of workers say they could do their boss' job... and do it better. Eyewitness News wants to know what you think.  Post your comments (below) and they could appear on Eyewitness News First at 4 p.m.

My boss is fat, lazy and wants everyone else to do his job - and for this he makes $130K!!!
I'd change jobs if I could.

I feel sometimes that my boss doesn't know what he is doing. It makes me wanna take his job and do it better

I am quite fortunate to work at a level-1 trauma center in Queens, NY. I am also quite fortunate to have a remarkable boss. She leads by example. She is fair, caring and above all, extremely intelligent. She cares as much about her employees as she does her patients in our hospital. There is no way I could ever do her job better, and to tell you the truth, I would not even want the headaches that she deals with on a daily basis.
She is a remarkable woman AND a breast cancer survivor! I admire her strength and courage and I am proud to call her my friend also.
It is very rare to have a respectful and friendly relationship with a boss and I am so fortunate to!
