Bring back the eliminated B23 Bus in Brooklyn and Why shuuld the B67 and B69 run along on the same route?

Regarding express buses from Brooklyn to Manhattan (especially the BM4); too many buses do not show up because a driver is not replaced. Recently, a regular driver was not assigned to certain run which resulted in no bus service for at least 3 times per week. For the price of the fare ($5.50) better service is expected. When a bus is canceled (i.e. driver is not replaced), an email alert should be sent. Waiting for over an hour for bus home (especially in the winter months) is unacceptable. Also, often times, drivers do not follow the schedule; particularly from Manhattan to Brooklyn. They arrive too early.
