Look Who's Still Dancing, Not The Karate Kid
It was a predictable night for once on “Dancing With the Stars”. In a season that’s been full of surprises, Ralph Macchio’s elimination was not one of them. Let’s talk about how it all went down.
First the judges announced that they would like to see Chelsea and Mark’s Rumba again. It was just as fabulous to watch the second time around.
Next, we saw a little recap of Hines and Kym from last night, and then it was revealed that they were safe! They’ve made it to next week’s finals! I really hope Kym’s neck is back to normal by then after her scary fall last week.
Then the amazing Stevie Nicks performed "Secret Love" off of her new album, “In Your Dreams”. It’s her first release of new material in a decade!
The music didn’t stop there. Pitbull was out next with his single “Give Me Everything” off of his new album “Planet Pit”. Ne-Yo and Nayer also collaborated on the song. It was hot!
Time for more results. Chelsea and Mark were out next and they were told that they were safe! I’m so excited that they are in the finals. With Mark’s creativity, I think they are going to have an amazing freestyle routine.
This week’s “Spotlight Segment” featured 13-year-old Tayla Kelley. She was born with Primary Immune Deficiency Disease. She’s faced multiple surgeries, organ failure, and a 60% chance of making it to age 18. She was recently recruited by the Timothy M. Draper School of Dance the training school for the Rochester City Ballet. When you watch her dance to "Bulletproof" with "DWTS" pros Lacey Schwimmer and Chelsie Hightower, it’s easy to see how she could be a professional ballerina. It was gorgeous and she kept up the whole time with the pros!
Steve Nicks came back out and sang the song that is synonymous with Stevie Nicks: “Landslide” by “Fleetwood Mac”. Cheryl and Tony did a beautiful dance routine to it that included some very impressive lifts.
In the end, Kirstie and Maks learned that they were safe and in the finals, while Ralph and Karina were eliminated. Ralph was so gracious in his departure and had the nicest things to say about working with Karina. I can see these two being friends for a long time.

Well Goodbye Ralph! Let the competition began and also,Karina Smirnoff professional dance partner goodbye too. I think she won't be coming back next season she has serious issues coming. Hines,Kirstie,Chelsea still are in the finals HOORAY!! Here comes the battle who will win Mirror Ball Trophy? I know who it is I'm not telling watch and see.
