A Wintry Slopfest on the Way to NYC! Rain Sleet, Snow, Make for a Commute Mess!
Snow starts around 10am for everyone but quickly goes to rain in the city, east to Long Island and south and west in New Jersey. North of I-287 and North of I-84 in the HUdson Valley a heavy wet snow hangs on.
